Job Summary
As our Production Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and coordinating daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity are met. This role provides hands-on leadership to the production team while driving continuous improvement, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of converting equipment (rewinders, folders, case packers, etc.)
  • Coordinate staffing and shift assignments to meet production schedules
  • Monitor KPI’s including waste, efficiency, uptime/downtime, and labor
  • Ensure production meets quality specifications and customer requirements
  • Assist in the troubleshooting of operational issues while coordinating with maintenance
  • Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, and forms of control
  • Coordinate with Human Resources to resolve personnel problems as needed
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development for all production level team members
  • Maintain accurate production record and shift reports
  • Keep a positive and energetic attitude when representing the company
  • Manage emergency situations including weather, fire, evacuations, and industrial accidents
  • Ability to climb, walk, do light lifting, sit for long periods, or stand for long periods
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned

Required Experience
  • Proven experience in a production supervisor or similar role for at least 3-5 years
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Must be proficient in reading and writing in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
